Our bodies are incredible communicators if we slow down enough to listen to them. There are also times when it doesn’t feel safe to be in our body and slowing down is the last thing we need. Navigating these experiences with forgiveness and curiosity, we will move at the speed of trust. Therapeutically, we are exploring the various ways our nervous system impacts our emotional homeostasis. In session, this will most often look/sound/feel like a really calming story time with intentional breathing.
